Lewis Worral is the 38-year old leader of a human trafficking cartel, that appears in BioShock: Inluminus. He grew up in Blackwall, London and started dabbling in gang culture at a fairly young age. In the early 1930s, he began trafficking slaves all over the United Kingdom and to Britannia. He is voiced by Danny Dyer.
